According to a recent study by Bullhorn Inc , recruiters are not using Facebook TM  and Twitter TM to recruit candidates instead preferring other jobs focused social media to appeal to job seekers.

This is not surprising as Facebook TM itself is often used by recruiters to conduct references on candidates even though that is a serious non-no.
